Enray Power acquires Firsfield and Osgodby solar farms from Boom Power

Enray Power has acquired the Firsfield and Osgodby solar farms from BOOM Power, adding 113.9 MW of consented solar capacity to its growing UK development portfolio.

The acquisition includes the 71 MW Firsfield Solar Farm in West Suffolk and the 42.9 MW Osgodby Solar Farm in North Yorkshire. Both projects have secured planning consent and will contribute to increasing the supply of renewable electricity while delivering long-term environmental benefits, including biodiversity enhancements and habitat creation.

The addition of Firsfield and Osgodby further strengthens Enray Power’s UK pipeline and reflects the company’s commitment to developing and delivering high-quality renewable energy infrastructure that supports the UK’s transition to a cleaner, more resilient energy system.
